MEAT! All-Natural! Pasture Raised
Heritage Meat!
Are poultry are raised
cage-free and range on fresh pasture during the warm goring season. They are fed local grain (soy free!) and are given
no growth hormones, steroids or antibiotics. Poultry play a very important role on our farm by adding and recycling
nutrients, aerating pastures, controlling pesky insects, and turning compost in their deep-bedding winter houses.

The Gobbler Program
Heritage
Belle Farms is pleased to announce our Gobbler Program. We are now giving our customers the option to purchase all-natural,
pasture raised, locally grown turkeys for your Thanksgiving or Holiday feast. Customers will have the choice of either
reserving a smaller heritage turkey or a Mammoth Broad Breasted Bronze turkey. All turkeys are raised and processed
in the same manner. Customers will need to pay a deposit in order to reserve a turkey. There will be very limited
quantities of turkeys this year so act fast! Upon harvest day, turkeys will be $4.50 per pound, minus your initial deposit.
$10 Deposit for a Mammoth Broad Breasted Bronze turkey
- 10lb-30lb oven ready
$15 Deposit
for a Heritage Breed Turkey - 7lb-15lb oven ready
***Definition
of a Heritage Turkey: birds that can mate naturally within a flock, live for several years and are biologically fit for being
raised on range/foraging for additional foods***

Disclaimer: Your deposit not only reserves your turkey but is actually what
is funding the purchase of your turkey poult or chick this spring as well as paying for feed costs during the first few weeks
of its life, which are actually the most difficult months to get through when you are such a little creature. The Gobbler
Program is similar to a CSA program in that when you buy into the program through your deposit, you are actually investing
in a part of the farm. This means you are entitled to the benefits of your investment (i.e. the delicious turkey meat),
but it also means that you share in the risks of raising all-natural turkeys. As an all-natural meat producer, we at
Heritage Belle Farms work very hard to make sure that every living being on our property is happy and healthy, but when working
with Mother Nature, sometimes she can throw a curve ball that may affect the outcome of your meat, i.e. disease or predation.
Though we at Heritage Belle Farms guarantee that we will do everything possible to provide you with an outstanding product,
there are sometimes rare events that can wipe out a whole flock, if this happens we are sorry to declare that we will not
be able to refund your minimal deposit. Please take this into consideration when you sign up because once you have given
your deposit, it is non-refundable. Come harvest time, should you decide that you don't want one of our turkeys
after all - you are not obligated to purchase a turkey and can forfeit your deposit, but again your deposit is non-refundable.
Please remember that this is worst case scenario and that we at Heritage Belle Farms will do everything possible to prevent
this from occurring because when our customers lose their minimal deposit, our farm is actually loosing at least 4x more -
so keep in mind that this is an outcome that no one wants to experience, but we feel that we should let you know in advance
the risks associated with "investing," so that our customers have all the information that they may want before
they decide to become a part of the Gobbler Program.

_______________________________________
We
also sell our pork in larger quantities:
*Note* A 10% deposit is required for all large
quantity requests.
In
larger quantities of pork, we sell our pork at prices based off of hanging weight, which is the standard industry weight of
a meat carcass hanging on the rails in a meat cooler. This weight does include bones. We take our hogs
to butcher around 250-300lbs, a little more than the average commercial weight of 220lbs because we like to try and give the
animal a longer stay on the farm to get the most meat that we can off that animal. Hanging weight can vary
a lot depending on the animal, but we can guarantee that our hogs will always weigh between 125-225lbs hw.
Whole Hog: $3.00/lb hw
(expect to pay for around 150lbs)
Half
Hog: $3.25/lb hw
(expect to pay for around 75lbs)
Quarter
Hog $3.50/lb hw
(expect to pay for around 38lbs)
Unless otherwise specified and approved,
all quantities are broken down to about 20% sausage & bratwurst, 20% bacon, 20% pork chops & ribs, 20% pork steaks,
and 20% hams.
Please contact us at HeritageBelleFarms@gmail.com if interested in purchasing pork.
